How to reach the Beauview Cottage Resort:

The Beauview Cottage Resort is an easy two hour drive from Toronto over excellent highways.

From Toronto take Hwy 400 to Hwy 11 to Bracebridge, turn right onto Hwy 117 and travel 16km east to Baysville. Turn Left, just past the SUNOCO gas Station. Then go north on Brunel (Muskoka Road 2) 7 km. to South Portage Road (Muskoka Rd. 9), Turn Right and travel 1 km to Beauview.

Alternate Route from Toronto: If you are concerned that you may be stuck in traffic on HWY 400, consider going East  to HWY 12 north to HWY 169 (just south of Orillia) to HWY 11 at Washago.  Its a more scenic route that may even take less time!  (This is the route we take when we go to Toronto.)

From Ottawa, take Hwy 60 through Dwight to South Portage Rd. (Muskoka Rd.9) Turn left and go south for 20 km to Beauview.

From North Bay, Sudbury, travel to intersection Hwy 11 and Hwy 60.  Go east on Hwy 60 to King William Street lights.  Turn right onto King William Street and follow into the centre of town of Huntsville past 4 sets of traffic lights.  Just across the Swing bridge, turn left onto Brunel Road (Muskoka Road #2) Travel for 16 km. to South Portage Road (Muskoka Rd. 9) Turn left and travel for 1 km. to Beauview.

Shuttle Service from the Muskoka Airport - just 20 minutes away

By Train:
The Ontario Northlander runs a daily train to and from Toronto to Huntsville  6 days a week (excluding Saturday)
See their website www.northlander.ca for rates and times.  A taxi from the train station will bring you to Beauview.
